another cyclist killed

It is so sad to read that another DFW cyclist was run down. If we had bike lanes, then this guy would probably be alive today. I see that City of Richardson is no better than City of Dallas.

It's really not that simple. Besides, if we had bike lanes like Portland, we'd be seeing the rash of "right-hook" cyclist deaths they are seeing.
